Taiwan Beef Noodles
1. Cook the Noodles: Boil water then cook noodles for 2-3 minutes
2. Heat the Toppings: Put sliced beef and kiamchay in a boiling water and blanch for 30 seconds
3. Cook the Soup: Heat soup until it boils or microwave for 5 minutes
4. Assembly: Prepare a 2 deep noodle bowl. Put the noodles, pour in the hot soup, and add toppings (sliced beef and kiamchay with fresh chili on top).
